Terms of Use
Short, plain-language rules for using SpeakerTonic. Last updated: September 2026.
1. The service
SpeakerTonic offers free audio utilities — speaker cleaning, water eject, tone and noise generators, microphone tests and sound meters — that run entirely inside your web browser. There is no account, no subscription and no fee. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Use at your own discretion
The tools generate sound through your device's speakers or headphones. Use common sense: keep volumes at safe listening levels, avoid prolonged exposure to loud tones, and do not use the tools on speakers or equipment you are not authorised to operate. If a tool is intended to expel water or debris from a speaker, it is a convenience, not a certified repair procedure.
3. No warranty
The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose, and we are not liable for any damage to devices, hearing or data arising from their use.
4. Your data
All audio processing happens on your device. Nothing you play, record or test is stored on our servers or uploaded anywhere. Standard, anonymous analytics may be used to understand overall site traffic, but we never receive your audio, microphone input or personal information.
5. Intellectual property
The SpeakerTonic name, design and code are owned by the site's operator. You may use and share the site freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell the service or present it as your own product.
6. Changes
We may add, change or remove tools, and update these terms, at any time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The current version is always available at this page.
